This oven was designed, built, and tested at our factory in Lincolnshire. This oven was for the heat treatment of high-end carbon fibre fishing rods which must be stood upright during the curing process.

Specifically developed for the heat treatment of high-end carbon fibre fishing rods, this oven’s unique design accommodates the critical requirement that the rods remain standing upright throughout the entire curing process to ensure optimal strength and performance.
Standing just over four metres tall, this imposing piece of equipment posed a considerable logistical challenge when it came to transportation. Careful planning and coordination were essential to move the oven safely to its new operational home in Northumberland, UK, while maintaining its upright position. To guarantee the highest standards of safety and care, we engaged a specialist transport company with extensive experience handling oversized and delicate industrial machinery. They deployed a specially designed vehicle tailored precisely for the task of transporting this exceptionally tall oven, ensuring it arrived intact and ready for immediate deployment
