Following the successful installation of a similar oven in their Poland facility, CAV have just taken delivery of a second, larger Rapid-Quench Bottom-Loading Oven for their facility in Chihuahua, Mexico. JLS were contracted to supply, deliver and install the oven, which is designed for both solution and precipitation heat treatment of aluminium aerostructure panels to AMS2750D Class 2.

In addition, JLS have also supplied a fully sealed Electric Front-Loading Nitrogen Atmosphere Batch Oven (AMS2750D - Class 2) for the Precipitation Heat Treatment of aerospace components manufactured from maraging steel.
