JLS offer a range of products to augment our oven range, and two examples are shown below.

JLS manufacture the conveyor systems and work handling equipment for all our products, so we are well placed to manufacture loading equipment for our customers. The photograph on the right shows a work basket made for a client’s own bottom-loading oven. Equipment can include work baskets and stillages, oven trucks and floor trucks, racks and trays, as well as more complex material handing equipment.

A relatively new JLS product, the “Bain-Marie” Unit is designed to indirectly heat fluids, and to maintain them at an appropriate working temperature.

The fluid to be heated is placed in a stainless steel tank, which is surrounded by a thermostatically controlled, heated water-jacket. The outer casing is insulated to minimise heat-loss. Access is via a hinged, insulated lid.

Single and double tank models are available as standard (single tank version shown), each tank having a fluid capacity of 100 litres. JLS, however, can offer to design alternative versions if required.

Applications include keeping thick lubricating greases at a workable viscosity.
