JLS have recently received an order for an Electric Front Loading Oven for curing composite components. The oven is designed to AgustaWestlands own specification, will feature a host of special features and comply with both BS2M54 and AMS2750D Class 1.“Dynamic Composite Components Centre of Excellence (Yeovil) has, after an extensive evaluation chosen JLS Redditch as the preferred supplier for their latest composite processing oven. The contract for this new oven will improve and further secure their process capability.”

JLS have been asked to supply a second oven for drying polycarbonate sheets. Their existing JLS drying oven has been in constant service since it was first supplied in 1985. -

Following the successful installation of a similar oven in their Poland facility, CAV have just taken delivery of a second, larger Rapid-Quench Bottom-Loading Oven for their facility in Chihuahua, Mexico. JLS were contracted to supply, deliver and install the oven, which is designed for both solution and precipitation heat treatment of aluminium aerostructure panels to AMS2750D Class 2. -

JLS has recently supplied two Front-Loading Electric Batch Ovens for heat treating resistor discs. The ovens will add to HVR’s existing battery of 6 JLS ovens, some of which have been in service for over 30 years. -

Their manufacturing base includes urea name plate capacity of 975,000 tons per annum and blended fertilizer (NPK) capacity of 160,000 tons per year. Engro is one of the largest and fastest growing companies in Pakistan today.
As part of a US$ 1 billion expansion project, Engro have ordered a JLS Front-Loading Electric Batch Oven, rated up to 425�C. The oven will be delivered to, and installed and commissioned in Engro’s facility in Daharki, Pakistan by JLS. -

Methode have placed an order with JLS for a Front-Loading Oven for curing the adhesive on laminated busbars. The oven will have a vertical lifting door, and is designed to operate up to 400°C. -

JLS have recently installed a Rapid-Quench Bottom-Loading Oven at their facility at Bournemouth Airport. The electric oven, which was built to the requirements of AMS2750D - Class 1, was designed for both Solution and Precipitation Heat Treatment of aluminium alloy components. In addition, JLS have also supplied a fully sealed Electric Front-Loading Nitrogen Atmosphere Batch Oven (AMS2750D - Class 2) for the Precipitation Heat Treatment of aerospace components manufactured from maraging steel. -

Converteam have just taken delivery of a new JLS Electrically Heated Top-Hat Oven for their facility in Rugby, Warwickshire. The oven will be used for the pre-heating of couplings and rotors, prior to shrink fitting, and will replace an existing, smaller oven.
